Video4TheWeb offers the opportunity chance to get affordable  professionally produced video on your website.

Utilising the experience and expertise of David Strelitz Video Productions, DSVP whether it’s a simple video made from photographs and graphics, an introduction to camera or a more complex video, Video4TheWeb can handle all stages from script to screen. This includes advising on how to upload your finished video to YouTube, Vimeo or any suitable hosting company,  supplying in the correct format and specification.

Our kit includes Portaprompt  autocue teleprompting equipment, so you don’t have to worry about presenting to camera. Should you be interested in media training, my ex BBC colleague Robin Bailey from Capricorn Media provides 2-hour introductory workshops. Of course if you want to use a professional presenter or voiceover, there are several that I regularly work with and I can advise you of all options.

It is generally considered that for introductory video going on to a home page, 30-90 secs is preferred. Of course for more in depth explanations, infomercials etc 4-5-6mins is quite reasonable, providing of course that the content is engaging and informative. A website, with an infomational video, showcasing what you do, not only raises your profile but when hosted on YouTube and embedded in your website, will also be an aid to increasing your web ranking with Google.

As all productions are bespoke, the following is a guide to a basic range of productions:

Simple edit from stills with graphics – all post production* – no filming – £150.00

Simple presentation to camera** with added graphics – £295.00

Intermediate production – half day filming 1½ days post production – £795.00

More complex productions – e.g. script consultation – full days filming – 2 days post production – from £995.00

NB: All productions are by quotation

* up to 3 hours post production time

 ** up to 3 hours on location filming and up to 3 hours post production time

All productions include encoded  file to YouTube/Vimeo specification

Professional presenter or voiceover by quotation

All music used at library rate (these vary)

All filming rates based on 35 mile radius of  Basildon – over 35 miles mileage charges apply.
